Location Issue?

Windows 8 Privacy SettingsAnother recommendation revolves around location based settings. To check this press the Windows and C key to bring up the “charms” bar, then select search, click settings and type location. On the “Results for ‘location’” page select “Allow apps to use my location” then switch on the feature on the PC Settings page.

Others seem to have had some positive news with these settings but in my case the problem persists. The Applications go back to the Pending state for a short while then fail. Even a check with anti-virus software (just in case) passed cleanly.
