Tip: Move Quickly To The Next Search Result In Word

Word 2010 Quick Search Tip jasonslater.co.uk When performing a search for a word or phrase in Microsoft Word 2010 you might press CTRL and F to activate the Navigation panel then type in your search term – the results are highlighted and listed in the navigation panel.

Note: In earlier versions CTRL and F would bring up the Find Dialog box but the tip should work the same.

To quickly navigate between the results you can press the CTRL key then PAGE DOWN to move to the next term found or PAGE UP for the previous term.

Hopefully, this is a tip that makes the job a little quicker!
